BiraBira ELC has a dedicated library space that supports a love of literacy from an early age. Educators promote children’s pre-literacy skills by reading to children and reading with children. Children and families are also encouraged to borrow books from the library to take home and share with their families.

Our library will also support parenting by providing books for families on a whole range of parenting strategies, from teething to toileting and children’s behaviour.
